What an Interior Designer can do for you
If you ever wondered what an Interior Designer could actually do for you, this is the post for you.
For many people, Interior Design is seen as a luxury, and whilst in some cases this is true, there are many facets to the job and many packages offered that suit a variety of clients.
We wanted to shed some light on our different offerings and how these may have changed in times of Covid-19.
Interior Design really is for everyone. Whether you know it or not but we are all designers in our own homes. We chose to place a sofa in a specific area and we chose the colour of paint we put on the wall. Interior Design just takes this a step further and looks at all spaces in a house in combination, creating a flow and coherence through the home – something we call a red thread.
We offer several packages to suit your needs, from “design only” which puts you in the driver’s seat when it comes to the shopping and project management to “full service design” at the other spectrum, where you can sit back and rely on us to coordinate everything for you.
Our specialism is “relocation design”, where we pride ourselves on being able to offer the service in multiple languages to help facilitate your next move with ease.
Other services offered include “colour consultations” and “commercial & hospitality design” where we can tailor our services exactly to your needs.
Take a look at our Services page to learn more about each service and the stages of our design process. We also did a blog recently on the Interior Design process as a whole.
During Covid-19, not much has changed with regards to our design approach. We are still able to deliver bespoke client consultations, now via Zoom and other online platforms, as well as providing detailed project analysis & design concepts, space planning through technical drawings and mood boards & 3D visualisations. We aim to have clear video conferences with our clients to ensure every last detail can be planned out and will always send real samples of sourced materials out to you directly, so that you can approve these in the comfort of your own home.
Aside from that, we also still offer customised furniture design as well as our usual Furniture, Finishes, Lighting and accessories selection (FF&E).
For Project coordination, purchasing, delivery & installation, we aim to be onsite as frequently as possible so that everything runs smoothly, whilst following the latest government regulations and guidance.
If you would like to discuss your next project or find out more about the different ways we can help you plan out your dream home, get in touch through our Contact page or via enquiries@monseinteriordesign.com to book a design consultation.
All our initial consultations are currently offered via web services and can be performed from the comfort of your own home.
